DriveNow summer competition – Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

The following conditions apply for the DriveNow Hackney Citizen competition. The competition is organised by DriveNow UK Limited (see contacts), hereafter referred to as DriveNow.

Eligibility

Competition applicants must be 23 years old or over, currently hold a valid driving license, have been driving for the past two years (one year if aged 28 or over) and meet the eligibility requirements for membership (found here) in order to receive the 500 driving minutes prize. DriveNow employees, competition partners, their families and service providers are excluded from participating.

Competition Dates:

The competition period is from Monday 17th July 2017 to Thursday 17th August 2017.

Competition mechanism and prizes:

The winner will be notified via email and the 500 free minutes will be automatically credited to their account once they have been accepted to the DriveNow service. The winner will receive an update from DriveNow / Hackney Citizen regarding their win within 30 days of competition close as outlined above.

The participant agrees, in the case of winning, that his/her name will be made public and in order to receive the 500 driving minutes they are required to register with DriveNow and meet all prerequisites of DriveNow UK’s registration.

Settlement of profit claims from DriveNow or a cash payment of prizes is excluded. Prizes are not transferable. There shall be no recourse to legal means.

DriveNow reserves the right, in particular for technical reasons, to restrict the accessibility of the competition or to suspend it temporarily. This results in no claims against DriveNow.
