Two charged over fatal stabbing of Marcel Addai in Hoxton

Two men have been charged with murder over the fatal stabbing of a 17-year-old on a Hoxton Estate last week.

Akeem Gbadamosi, 21 and Eugene Ocran, 19 have been charged over the death of Marcel Addai.

Addai was found with fatal stab wounds on the St John’s Estates on Pitfield Street on September 4.

His family said they were “totally devastated” by his death.

Gbadamosi and Ocran, whose addresses have not been released by the Met, will appear at Hendon magistrates court in north London today.
