Teenagers charged with the murder of Charlie Burns

A teenage father who died in a stabbing in Homerton has been named by police as Charlie Burns.

Police found Mr Burns, of Sharon Gardens, with multiple stab wounds on Frampton Park Road on Monday afternoon.

Two teenagers, Ashan Crosdale, 19, and a 16 year-old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons, have been charged with his murder.

They will both appear in custody at Thames Magistrates’ Court today.
