Have your say – on gambling

The Council is consulting on its draft revised Gambling policy and is keen to hear from local people and other interested parties on this.

Hackney Council has to publish a gambling policy at least once every three years and the draft policy is based on Government guidance, which sets out how the Council will deal with applications.

Anyone who wants to apply for licences for gambling premises such as betting shops or amusement arcades will have to adhere to the policy when preparing their applications.
