These foolish youth have no fear of reprimand. There's too much pussy footing ! 10 years for possession of a firearm, 20-30 years. for shooting with intent to kill & a true life sentence for murder. Tie these terms up with mentoring by straight ex-gang members and parents of murdered teenagers as well as no frills outward bound courses in the country, and teaching these kids the old fashioned way how the read and write. Why do schools try to lay on street dance, rap and football ? These all just perpetuate the same old negative stereotypes of black boys.
